Waliya Topup – Terms of Service

By using this website, you agree to follow the rules listed below. These terms govern the purchase and use of all digital products on our platform.

1. Service Reliability & Ownership

• Instant Delivery: Waliya Topup is an automated platform. We guarantee that all vouchers and game top-ups are valid and sourced from official distributors.

• Platform Availability: While we strive for 24/7 uptime, we are not liable for temporary delays caused by bank system maintenance (e.g., CBE or Telebirr downtime).

2. User Accuracy & No-Refund Policy

• Finality of Sale: All digital purchases are non-refundable once the order is processed.

• Incorrect Information: If you enter the wrong Player ID, Game Account, or Email, and the top-up is successfully sent to that incorrect destination, we cannot retrieve the funds or offer a refund.

• Verification: You must confirm that your game region (e.g., USA for Apple cards) matches the product you are buying before completing the transaction.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirement

• Age Limit: You must be at least 17 years old to create an account or make a purchase.

• Consent: If you are under 17, you must have explicit permission from a parent or guardian to use their funds.

4. Lawful Use of Funds

• Authorized Payments only: You are strictly prohibited from using stolen bank accounts, compromised Telebirr accounts, or any funds obtained through illegal means.

• Criminal Reporting: If a transaction is flagged as fraudulent or involves stolen money, Waliya Topup will immediately hand over your account details, IP address, and transaction logs to the Ethiopian Federal Police. ### 5. Fraud & Prohibited Conduct

• No Fake Proofs: Uploading edited or fake payment screenshots is a criminal offense. Our system verifies every Transaction ID directly with the bank/Telebirr.

• Account Banning: We reserve the right to permanently block any user who attempts to manipulate the system or harass our support staff.

6. Reseller Terms

• Profit Margins: Resellers are independent entities. Waliya Topup is not responsible for the prices or service quality offered by third-party resellers to their own customers.

• Wholesale Pricing: Special reseller rates are subject to volume requirements and may be adjusted based on market USDT rates.

  የዋሊያ ቶፕአፕ ድረ-ገጽን ሲጠቀሙ ከዚህ በታች በተዘረዘሩት ሕጎች እና ግዴታዎች ለመገዛት ተስማምተዋል። እነዚህ ውሎች የእርስዎን ግዢ እና አጠቃቀም የሚገዙ ህጋዊ ደንቦች ናቸው።

  1. የአገልግሎት አስተማማኝነት

  • አውቶማቲክ አቅርቦት: ዋሊያ ቶፕአፕ ሙሉ በሙሉ በራስ-ሰር የሚሰራ ሲስተም ነው። ክፍያዎ እንደተረጋገጠ ምርቱ ወዲያውኑ እንዲደርስዎ ዋስትና እንሰጣለን።

  • የሲስተም መቆራረጥ: ምንም እንኳን 24 ሰዓት አገልግሎት ለመስጠት ብንጥርም፣ በባንኮች (በንግድ ባንክ ወይም በቴሌብር) የሲስተም ጥገና ምክንያት ለሚፈጠሩ ጥቂት መዘግየቶች ድርጅቱ ተጠያቂ አይሆንም።

  2. መረጃን ስለማረጋገጥ እና ተመላሽ ክፍያ (No-Refund)

  • የመጨረሻ ሽያጭ: የዲጂታል ምርቶች አንዴ ከተላኩ በኋላ በፍጹም ተመላሽ (Non-refundable) አይደረጉም።

  • የመረጃ ስህተት: የተሳሳተ የተጫዋች መለያ (Player ID)፣ የጨዋታ አካውንት ወይም ኢሜይል አስገብተው ቶፕአፕ ተሳክቶ ከተላከ፣ ገንዘቡን መመለስ ወይም ምርቱን መቀየር አንችልም።

  • ክልልን ማረጋገጥ: ለምሳሌ የApple ካርድ ሲገዙ የApp Store ክልልዎ (Region) አሜሪካ መሆኑን አስቀድመው ማረጋገጥ የእርስዎ ሃላፊነት ነው።

  3. የእድሜ ገደብ

  • ዝቅተኛ እድሜ: ይህንን ድረ-ገጽ ለመጠቀም እና ግዢ ለመፈጸም እድሜዎ ቢያንስ 17 ዓመት መሆን አለበት።

  • ፈቃድ: ከ17 ዓመት በታች የሆኑ ተጠቃሚዎች የወላጅ ወይም የአሳዳጊ ፈቃድ ሊኖራቸው ይገባል።

  4. ስለ ገንዘብ ምንጭ ህጋዊነት

  • የተፈቀደ ክፍያ: የተሰረቀ የባንክ አካውንት፣ የተጠለፈ የቴሌብር አካውንት ወይም በማንኛውም ህገ-ወጥ መንገድ የተገኘ ገንዘብ መጠቀም በጥብቅ የተከለከለ ነው።

  • ለፖሊስ ሪፖርት ማድረግ: ማንኛውም ግብይት በስርቆት ወይም በማጭበርበር የተፈጸመ መሆኑ ከተጠረጠረ፣ ዋሊያ ቶፕአፕ የእርስዎን መረጃ፣ የኢንተርኔት አድራሻ (IP address) እና የክፍያ ዝርዝር ወዲያውኑ ለኢትዮጵያ ፌዴራል ፖሊስ አሳልፎ ይሰጣል።

  5. ማጭበርበር እና የተከለከሉ ድርጊቶች

  • ሀሰተኛ ማስረጃ: የሀሰት ወይም የተስተካከለ የክፍያ ደረሰኝ (Fake Screenshot) መላክ በህግ የሚያስቀጣ ወንጀል ነው። ሲስተማችን እያንዳንዱን የክፍያ መለያ (Transaction ID) ከባንክ ጋር ያመሳክራል።

  • አካውንት ማገድ: ሲስተሙን ለማጭበርበር የሚሞክር ወይም በድጋፍ ሰጪ ሰራተኞቻችን ላይ ተገቢ ያልሆነ ስድብ ወይም ትንኮሳ የሚያደርስ ተጠቃሚ አካውንቱ በቋሚነት ይታገዳል።

  6. የሳቢዎች (Resellers) ውል

  • ትርፍ: ሳቢዎች የራሳቸውን ዋጋ የመወሰን መብት አላቸው። ዋሊያ ቶፕአፕ ሳቢዎች ለደንበኞቻቸው በሚሰጡት ዋጋ ወይም የአገልግሎት ጥራት ተጠያቂ አይሆንም።

  • የጅምላ ዋጋ: ለሳቢዎች የሚሰጠው ልዩ ቅናሽ እንደ USDT ገበያ ሁኔታ ሊቀያየር ይችላል።

  7. ቅሬታ እና ድጋፍ

  • ይፋዊ አድራሻ: ማንኛውም አይነት ቅሬታ ወይም የቴክኒክ ችግር ሲያጋጥም በብቸኛው የቴሌግራም ድጋፍ ሰጪ አድራሻችን ብቻ ያነጋግሩ፦ @waliya_topup
